Due to limited access to cans and packaging materials during this time, packaging may vary. Your beverages may be packaged in 12 oz cans, 12 oz amber pry-off bottles or 12 oz clear twist top bottles. All of our products are still exactly the same other than the packaging.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
Orders will be processed in the order in which they are received.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Reputation Bev Co ships ground orders through UPS and USPS.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, you can select your preferred shipping time and rate.
Reputation Bev Co only charges what UPS charges for our shipping rates.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur, Reputation Bev Co is not responsible for delays on behalf of the carrier.
Reputation Bev Co ships to commercial and residential addresses.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Reputation Bev Co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
DAMAGED / LOST PRODUCTS
Reputation Bev Co is NOT liable for lost or damaged shipments, but In the event of a damaged or lost shipment, Reputation Bev Co will work with UPS to resolve the issue and replace your order.
The customer is not responsible for any additional charges, fees or filing claims with UPS.
