Returns

We only accept returns for our non-perishable products. (clothing, glassware, etc.)
Unfortunately, due to the perishability of our canned beverages and coffee beans, we are not able to accept returns for these products.

Refunds

Full refunds are available for returned products in the event that a replacement product is not being shipped.
Refunds will be issued to the customer's payment method originally used to place the order.

Damages

Refunds or replacements are available for products that are damaged in transit.
Please contact us via email at Eric@reputationbev.com or phone at (517) 624-2130 if you have received a damaged product.
Please photograph any damaged products.
