Our world-famous creation... not really (but seriously). Coming from the craft beer world, it was a goal of ours to combine the popular flavors of craft beer with the health benefits of kombucha. So we developed a dry-hopped kombucha! Dry hopping is the process of cold steeping hops in a finished beer (typically), so we dry hopped our kombucha with the ever-popular Citra hops and infused it with a touch of cold-pressed lime juice. The resulting kombucha has soared in popularity and is one of our most popular beverages. This non-alcoholic, probiotic-packed kombucha is perfect for craft beer enthusiasts and health-conscious individuals alike!

All of our kombucha is made in small batches using the highest quality organic green and black tea, organic sugar, organic cold-pressed juices, and bacteria cultures. The lightly fermented tea is rich in probiotics, vitamins, and antioxidants -- which means our kombucha isn't just delicious, our kombucha is good for you!

Our unique spin on traditional kombucha uses cold-pressed organic fruit juices and other spices to create flavorful kombucha that still maintains all the health benefits of the traditional kombucha. Our canning process also allows us to produce a lightly carbonated drink, resulting in a crisp, refreshing kombucha experience. This bubbly, effervescent kombucha is the perfect drink for any time of day.

The flavor profile includes citrus, grapefruit, lime and notes of tropical fruit.
